
I appreciate that starting therapy can sometimes bring up feelings of anxiety, which is completely natural. Throughout the entire process I aim to walk alongside you, ensuring that we move at your own pace and in your own time.
If you are interested to find out more, please contact me for a free, confidential initial telephone or Zoom consultation which usually takes around 15 minutes. This will give us both a chance to clarify any questions you might have and, should you wish to proceed, we can book a first session for a more in-depth assessment.
The initial assessment lasts for 50 minutes, and it is an opportunity to get to know each other, and to explore any areas of concerns that might arise. This is also an opportunity to explore the ways in which I might be able to support you, what you hope to gain from therapy as well as to agree on whether you feel that we could work together.
Following this initial session, there is no obligation to continue with therapy, the decision to continue our work together is yours to make.
Should you wish to commence our work together, we will establish together a set time to meet each week.
Sessions last 50 minutes and take place weekly in confidentiality, online via Zoom or in person.
