My approach

I offer a confidential, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and safely start a process of self-exploration and understanding. Through our work together I aim to support you to make positive changes in your life, by gaining a greater awareness of any potential beliefs that may no longer serve you and allowing for greater self-acceptance and more control over the decisions you make in your life. As we uncover any potential blocks and build on your inner resources, you can begin to gain more inner freedom and to live more authentically while making better informed and more congruent life choices. 

My main approaches are Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. Through both professional and personal experience, I have had a chance to witness the importance of relationship in the therapeutic journey which has become a cornerstone of my therapeutic work.
